Worry-Free Maintenance
When your furnace is getting a workout, or your water heater
is working overtime, our Worry-Free Service Plan can provide
the required maintenance.
For less than 70¢ a day, the Worry-Free Service Plan gives you peace
of mind all year long by providing:
- 24-hour emergency/no heat service —

- replacement or repair of heating system
components, INCLUDING LABOR (see below)
- annual service — furnace cleaning and
safety check, including chimney cleaning and inspection,
efficiency testing, and smoke reading among other item checks
- $50 credit toward oil tank replacement (if needed)
Parts and labor covered in the plan: oil filter, 2 standard
air filters, nozzle, fan belts, draft control, thermocouple,
burner relay, igniter/transformer, burner/blower components, circulator
for main zone, fuel pump and coupling
